Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed with Strucmat through strucmat.com. By checking out you agree to them. If you buy under your own company’s purchase-order terms, send them to us before you order — silence on our side is not acceptance.
1. Who you are buying from

We are an independent distributor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for the manufacturers whose products we list unless a product page says so. Brand names and part numbers identify what the item is; they do not imply any relationship.
2. Prices
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping.
- Prices track our suppliers and can change without notice. The price that binds is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
- Prices are recalculated on our server at checkout. Nothing stored in your browser can change what you are charged.
- Some manufacturers set a minimum advertised price. Where one applies, we cannot go below it, and volume discounts on that item may not be available.
3. Pricing errors
Occasionally a supplier feed produces an obviously wrong price — a decimal in the wrong place, an item listed at a fraction of its cost. Where a price is clearly an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, even after your payment has been taken. We will tell you why, and we will not simply charge you the difference without asking.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when your card is authorised. Until then we may decline any order — including for availability, pricing, credit, or export-control reasons — and refund it in full.

5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do not offer terms, net-30 or open accounts at this time.
6. Sales tax and exemption
Sales tax is charged where we are required to collect it, based on your shipping address. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, send it to orders@strucmat.com before you order. We cannot refund tax already collected and remitted on a completed order.
7. Title and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the goods. Freight claims for damage in transit are handled as described in the shipping policy.
8. Product information
Specifications, dimensions and images are supplied by the manufacturer and are given in good faith, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or current. Where an application is safety critical — anchors, connectors, fall protection, lifting, anything load-bearing — verify the part against the manufacturer’s published data and your engineer of record before you install it. Photography, where present, is illustrative.
9. Use of the products
You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your application and for using them in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable codes, and OSHA requirements. Nothing on this site is engineering advice.
10. Warranties and liability
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty and no other. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, delay costs, or downstream work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Strucmat is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
