What we can help with

• Sourcing a part that is not listed. The catalog is a fraction of what we can order. Send a manufacturer part number or a photo of the old one.
• Quantity pricing. Volume breaks show on the product page, but a full pallet or a whole job’s worth is worth asking about directly.
• Freight quotes. Oversize items are not charged freight at checkout — ask first if the delivery cost decides the order.
• Resale or tax exemption. Send your certificate before you order; tax already collected on a completed order cannot be refunded.
• Returns. Start here rather than shipping something back — see the returns policy.
